Business Development and Resources: helping women establish and expand their businesses by securing clients, establishing resources, and accessing needed capital
- Build business referrals, sales leads, and business resources through NAWBO NOVA Visibility Activities (below).
- Make connections that lead to business and profit at our varied Events — generally once a month from September through July. (See more details on the Events Calendar.) While our events are open to the public, all NAWBO NOVA members are invited at discounted rates.
- With NAWBO NOVA’s help, identify strong women business owners who may become your company's Board of Advisors. Through networking events NAWBO NOVA attracts a variety of established women owned businesses with established growth initiatives. It is all about relationships – create your own “new friends” from experienced NAWBO NOVA members and benefit from advice and direction from established women business owners.

Knowledge Transfer: providing critical business information, access to expert speakers, peer coaching and mentoring to support women's entrepreneurial effectiveness
- Receive discounts when you attend NAWBO NOVA sponsored Events; from our highly acclaimed Speaker’s Series to our Business Author Meet and Greet and Book Signing, we bring a fabulous range of highly recognized business owners for intimate group discussions.
- Learn and practice Management,

involved with the tactical operations and
events of NAWBO NOVA.
- Manage NAWBO NOVA initiatives by joining the Board of Area Directors or a Committee

Advocacy: informing women entrepreneurs about public policy issues that impact their businesses and providing opportunities to voice their opinions about issues that interest them; providing opportunities to give back to the communities where member companies grow
- Give back to local and national communities through participation in Charity and Community events sponsored or co-sponsored by NAWBO NOVA.
- Attend national and local Public Policy Events at a discount, including NAWBO National's annual Public Policy Days in Washington, DC.
