Lisa Fritsch-Dorr is an independent management consultant specializing in federal government programs for small and minority businesses. She has worked in government contracting for the past 17 years and her expertise includes Small Business Administration Programs such as 8(a), SDB, and HubZone certifications. Ms. Fritsch-Dorr will focus on: how small and minority businesses can access the federal marketplace; an introduction to that marketplace and federal specialized programs for small businesses, and; how to find the opportunities and execute contract-winning strategies.
